How it works

• You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
• Refunds are processed by us through our payment provider, Stripe, and returned to the original payment method.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@naturaltendrils.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order details, and we'll process your refund within a few business days.

After 30 days

We don't typically offer refunds after 30 days, but if something has gone wrong on our end (e.g. you can't access your download), please email us - we'll always try to make it right.
